Due to the perishable nature of our high-protein brownies and snacks, Prime Bites® cannot accept physical returns of food items once they have been delivered. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Upon arrival, carefully examine your Prime Bites® shipment for any signs of transit damage or missing items.
- 2.Document Issues
If there is an issue with your order, take clear photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect items to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photo evidence to initiate a refund or replacement request.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will process your replacement shipment or issue a credit to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
